Soundaram v. The Zonal Manager

O R D E R The petitioner, with a grievance that her application made before the respondents Bank for returning the jewels to her which were pledged for obtaining loan, has not been considered, has filed the present Writ Petition.

¶2The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Indian Bank submits that the respondents Bank will return the jewels of the petitioner as and when she approaches the respondents Bank.

¶3Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents Bank, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondents Bank on 06.10.2023 and the respondents Bank shall return the jewels to the petitioner on the very same day. There shall be no order as to costs.
