PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 420 of IPC, in Crime No. Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has received money from the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.14,00,000/-. Thereafter, he has not repaid the amount. Hence, the complaint.

¶3The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry is pending before the respondent police.

¶4Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arise, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

¶5With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
