ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.SHIVASHANKARI, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the court made the following order:- Interim stay on condition that the Petitioner/appellant to deposit the entire award amount with proportionate accrued interest and osts to the credit of M.C.O.P.No. 248 of 2011, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Thanjavur, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this court.
