ORDER Mr.S.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.
2.This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and after dispensing with the notice on the fourth respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed as against him at this stage.
