RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time mentioned in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13705 of 2023 dated 27.07.2023 for a further period of two weeks so as t o enable the petitioner to comply with the order passed in above anticipatory bail. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNA KUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner belongs to Kerala State, he arranged the sureties only on 22.08.2023. Therefore, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of this Court.

¶3In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 27.07.2023 Crl.O.P(MD) No.13705 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
