2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13145 of 2023 on 19.07.2023 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
