2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submits that they are intending to conduct a survey in the petitioner's land on 01.09.2023.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to complete the process of survey within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
