No.27 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of Election O.P.No.27 of 2023.

¶2The learned Principal District Judge, Sivagangai, sent a letter dated

21.12.2023, requesting extension of further time to dispose of Election O.P.No.27 of 2023, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.09.2023.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing Election O.P.No.27 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
