O R D E R The petitioner, with a grievance that his applications for registering his name as Contractor for the period 2023-2024 have not been considered, has filed the present Writ Petition.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner's request was considered and he has been registered as Contractor.

¶3Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
