¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to ill health, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of this Court.

¶3In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 12.07.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12466 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
