ORDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the FIR in respect of Crime No .30 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch (CCB), Tirunelveli City, Tirunelveli District and quash the same as illegal.

¶2Learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, and taken cognizance in C.C.No.1061 of 2023.

¶3In view of the above submission, this matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
