¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report is made ready and it will be filed before the concerned Magistrate within a short time.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13913 of 2023 on 31.07.2023 is relaxed and since the final report is made ready and is going to be filed, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
