RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time prescribed in the order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.687 of 2023 dt.11.1.2023 for enabling the Petitioners to comply the condition set forth in the same. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MATHAVAN G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner affected by Typhoid fever, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of this Court.

¶3In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 11.01.2023 Crl.O.P(MD) No.687 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
