O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 not to provide DTCP approval in the lands comprised in new survey No. 42/1B3 correlating to the old survey No.42/1B measuring an extent of 1 acre 91 cents situated in Rajagambeeram, Madurai District, without providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners by considering the petitioners' representation dated 13.11.2021.

¶2It is brought to the notice of this Court that already DTCP Approval has been granted in favour of respondent Nos.3 to 9 by proceedings dated 17.08.2021.

¶3In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and if the petitioners are aggrieved by the DTCP approval granted to the private respondents, they have to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.

¶4This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
