ORDER The petitioner is a registered Auto Drivers' Union represented by its President. The petitioner Union is before this Court seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 9, who are allegedly parking their auto rickshaws in a non-designated parking area, thereby adversely affecting the livelihood and business of the members of the petitioner Union.

¶3The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

¶4The said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is taken on record.

¶5In view of the above, the respondents 1 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2023 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the private respondents, namely the respondents 5 to 9. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
