ORDER This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent No.2 police to give adequate police protection for the peaceful conduct of Krishna Jeyanthi festival on 06.09.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the permission has been granted on 31.08.2023 to conduct the programme on 06.09.2023.

3.Since the very purpose, for which this petition is filed, has already been fulfilled, this petition becomes infructuous, thereby disimissed as infructuous. No costs.
