Order: This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Trial Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 13/09/2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge,Pudukottai in D.No.406/2025 dated 31.01.2025, seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in S.C.No.25 of 2020 pending on Principal District Judge,Pudukottai this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.25 of 2020 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai.

¶2The learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai sent a letter, dated

31.01.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of S.C.No.25 of 2020 pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 13.09.2023.

¶3Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.25 of 2020 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
