ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.H.Arumugam, Advocate For Mr.P.P.Alwin Balan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.K.Manikkam, Special Government Pleader, for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order: Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 24.11.2023, fresh refusal check slips have been issued on 30.11.2023 and copies of the same were also furnished before this Court.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed a review petition and the same is yet to be numbered and posted for hearing.

¶3In the considered view of this Court, it is not necessary for this Court to keep this Contempt Petition pending on the ground that the petitioner has filed review petition. Hence, it is left open to the petitioner to independently workout his remedy in the review petition in accordance with law.
