This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioners for the purpose of arriving a settlement in the matrimonial disputes existing between the first petitioner and the fourth respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submits that the enquiry in the complaint given by the fourth respondent on 17.08.2023 was completed and the complaint was closed.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

¶4Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
