This petition is filed seeking for early completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has already been completed and charge sheet was filed and it was taken on file as C.C. No.567 of 2023.

3.Since investigation has already been completed, the case does not survive.

4.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same in case, if he is advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
