PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.110 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :-

The petitioner/6th accused herein, who was arrested on 27.06.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 364(A), 395 r/w. Section 397 IPC and Section 25(1-B)

(a) r/w. Section 3 of Arms Act, in Crime No.110 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail.

¶2The case of the prosecution is that on 24.06.2023 at about 10.30 a.m., the husband of the defacto complainant went to see his friend and on that evening, the defacto complainant made phone call to her husband, but the call did not reach and thereafter, he did not come to the house. Hence the complaint.
