Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RANJITH.N., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10993 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

¶3In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10993 of 2023 is extended for a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
