This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to grant patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in Suvey No.149/6, Aasoor Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering her representation dated

04.04.2017.

2.Today(07.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
