¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submits that the investigation is already completed and the charge sheet is filed in S.T.C.No.488 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.

¶3In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if they are so advised.
