Judgment
O R D E R The present Writ Petition has been filed by a salesman of TASMAC seeking a mandamus as against the respondents herein to the pay arrears of salary for the suspension period.
¶2According to the writ petitioner, he was suspended on 04.11.2022 and reinstated on 19.05.2023. The petitioner has quantified the arrears for the said period as Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only).
¶3The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 11.09.2023, in which, the said arrears of salary for the suspension period has been disbursed to the writ petitioner.
¶4Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
