O R D E R The instant Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 31.10.2018 in E.P.No.42 of 2016 in ACP.No.551/2014, on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli.

¶2Both side counsel are present.

¶3The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit before this Court that, they are going to withdraw E.P.No.42 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli, on which, the present Civil Revision Petition has arisen. In this regard, the learned counsel for the respondents has also made an endorsement to that effect.

¶4At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by recording the above statement of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition may be disposed of.

¶5In the result, having recorded the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
