This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent police to secure the vehicle bearing No.TN 74 Y – 4748 [Tata Maxi Cab].

2.It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that though the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet in C.C.No.488 of 2019, police have not recovered the vehicle so far and not even the R.C. book is filed. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits further that the petitioner has identified the location of the vehicle and also informed the respondent police but the respondent police are not showing any interest.
