ORDER The present writ petition has been filed by a retired Deputy Agricultural Officer seeking a mandamus as against the second respondent for expedious consideration of his grievance of pay anomaly.

¶2According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner had retired from service as Deputy Agricultural Officer on

31.05.2014. Accordingly, the pay anomaly was kept pending in the manner that the junior was reciving more pay than him. Hence, he has made a request to the third respondent herein to rectify the said pay anomaly. The third respondent has forwarded the propsal along with all records to the second respondent on 18.07.2017. So far, the second resondent has not passed any order, hence the present writ petition has been filed.

¶3Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

¶4Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the proposal forwarded by the third respondent dated

18.07.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after getting ratification from the first respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶5With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
