Judgment
O R D E R The grievance of the petitioner relates to the use of loud speakers by the fourth respondent and the nuisance caused thereby.
¶2Learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 has placed before me proceedings of the Inspector of Police, Thiruvattar Police Station, Kannyakumari District. The said proceedings disclose that an enquiry was conducted and that the fourth respondent agreed that loud speakers would only be used between 04.30 and 05.00 in the morning and between 06.00 and 06.45 in the evening at a low volume for purposes of broadcasting religious songs. It is further recorded therein that it would be done without causing inconvenience to the public.
¶3In view of this development, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. By taking note of the same, W.P(MD).No.16062 of 2016 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
