¶2Learned Government Advocate points out that legal heirship certificate was issued to the petitioners on 21.08.2022. He has also placed before this Court the relevant legal heirship certificate and evidence that Sathiya, whose name finds place at serial No.5 of the legal heirship certificate, is the fifth petitioner, Ambedkar, who changed his name subsequently by issuing a gazette notification on 15.11.2016. He also submits that Arulmary, whose name finds place at serial No.3 of the legal heirship certificate is the third petitioner, Arulmozhi.
¶3In view of the above developments, it is evident that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. By taking note of the same, W.P.(MD).No.16398 of 2016 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
