Judgment
O R D E R The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, against the fair and decreetal order dated 03.09.2019 made in I.A.No.02 of 2019 in O.S.No.98 of 2013, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi.
¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the parties have settled the issue out of the Court. Therefore, he is not interested to proceed with the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
¶3The learned counsel for the respondent would also fairly concede about the settlement.
¶4In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
