¶2By taking note of the same, W.P.(MD).No.189 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD).Nos.153 and 6582 of 2016 are closed. It is needless to say, this order will not stand in the way of the petitioner contesting for the post of Vice President, if he is otherwise eligible.
