This petition is filed seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.190 of 2023, pending on the file of the first respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 & 506(i) of IPC.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has been filed by way of e-filing before the concerned Magistrate Court.

3.Once investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has been filed, this petition seeking quashment of FIR becomes infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, if he is advised so.
