This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue a patta to the petitioner's land in Survey No.162/3 to an extent of 0.69.0 ares situated in Ilayanayakkan Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering her representation, dated 06.09.2016.

2.Today(16.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
