ORDER Mr.K.Vijay Sathya, learned counsel, representing Mr.A.Rahul, learned counsel for the petitioner on record, submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner retired from service and as such no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

¶3In view of the submission of the learned counsel, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
