Judgment
ORDER Heard both sides.
¶2The petitioner challenges the impugned Form – III notice. The specific stand of the third respondent is that the petitioner had committed encroachment on a water channel. The said factual aspect is not dislodged by the petitioner herein. We are therefore of the view that interference is not warranted.
¶3This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
