This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.17 of 2023, dated 09.06.2023, on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Sankaralingapuram, Thoothukudi District, registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 324 of I.P.C.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that investigation in this case is completed and charge sheet is filed before the concerned Court on 20.09.2023.

¶3Once investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is also filed before the concerned Court, this petition which is filed seeking for quashment of FIR becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, in case, if, she is advised so. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
