Kalairaj v. The District Collector

ORDER The petitioner, who is a dealer for Aavin Milk, has submitted a representation that the Hatsun Agro (Arockiya Milk) shall not be permitted for collecting milk in his village and thereafter, filed this writ petition.

2.This type of relief cannot be granted by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index :
