Judgment
ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to comply with the proceedings dated 16.02.2026 in Na.Ka.No.3617/2025/Mathi5, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2026, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.By consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the respondents 7 to 11, notice to them is dispensed with.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent had already issued proceedings dated 16.02.2026. However, the said proceedings have not been implemented so far. It is further submitted that the petitioner submitted a representation dated
23.07.2026 before the third respondent requesting implementation of the said proceedings, but the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition.
5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if this Court issues a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2026 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2026, after affording an adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the respondents 7 to 11 and any other interested or affected parties, if any, and thereafter pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
