PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. Not Known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420 IPC and Section 5 of Tamil Nadu Protection of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, in Crime No. Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they also invested several lakhs in the company. They are no way connected in the present case.

¶3The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as on date, the petitioners are not arrayed as the accused in crime No.3 of 2023 or any other case.

¶4Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as unncessary.

¶5In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unncessary.
