During the course of investigation, it was found that it is the civil issue between the parties, so it was closed advising the parties to workout their remedy through the Civil Court.

¶4Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as unnecessary.
