This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent police to provide protection from the respondent Nos.4 to 6 while fencing the property.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the representation of the petitioner dated

30.08.2023 is registered as CSR.No.1030 of 2023 and summons have been issued for appearance of the petitioner on 26.09.2023 and requested time to complete the enquiry.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the enquiry in CSR.No.1030 of 2023 as quickly as possible, not later than 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
