ORDER This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the petitioners name from the online police verification report dated 15.07.2026 in respect of cases in crime No.116 of 2021 on the file of Aralvaimozhi Police Station, Crime No.60 of 2013 on the file of Kanyakumari Police Station and Crime No.32 of 2020 on the file of Anjugramam Police Station to issue a No objection Certificate to the petitioner as no case pending against the petitioner to enable him to enter into Government Service by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2026 within the time stipulated by this Court.

¶2The learned Government Advocate submitted that no objection certificate would be issued shortly after proper verification.

¶3Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

¶4In view of the above submissions, the respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry with respect to issuance of no objection certificate in the Police Verification Report to the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2026 within a period of one week from the date of a copy of this order.

¶5With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
