The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a Mandamus, forbearing the third and fifth respondents from installing any wind fans or operating, commencing the wind machine by polluting the agricultural lands in Survey Numbers 518, 419/3, 296/13, 296/17, 296/9, 297/8, 527/5A, 459/2, 459/5B, 491/2, 510/4A, 518/1, 518/2A, 102/15B, 108/6, 116/10, 116/19, 60/16D, 61/5, of Pasuvanthanai Village.

¶2When this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the wind fan has already been installed and it is functioning and therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

¶3Since there is no representation for the petitioner and also considering the representation of the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
