O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died on 08.03.2020. Considering the same, this Writ Petition was dismissed as abated on 05.06.2023.
¶2When this case was listed on 05.07.2023, this Court sought a report from the Registrar (Judicial). Accordingly, a report dated 20.07.2023 is placed before this Court.
¶3On a perusal of the same, it appears that though this case was dismissed as abated on 05.06.2023, while drafting, it was found that the petitioner has been a ''Sangam'' represented by its President and accordingly, ordered to be re-listed on 19.06.2023.
¶4On a perusal of the cause title, it appears that the petitioner is an individual and he is not representing ''Sangam'' and as such, as the petitioner is no more, automatically this Writ Petition will be abated.
5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.
¶6No costs.
