ORDER This Writ Petitioner is filed to quash the show cause notice dated

01.03.2016 issued under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.

¶2The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequently enquiry was completed under Section 81 of the Act. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

¶3Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
