ORDER This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 07.07.2018 made in I.A.No.17 of 2018 in O.S.No. 128 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Manamadurai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit itself disposed of and nothing survives in this petition.

3.In view of the above submission, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
