This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent No.2 police not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondent No.3.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the enquiry in respect of a complaint given by the respondent No.3 against the petitioner was conducted and closed.

3.Since the complaint has already been closed, no further directions can be given in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is closed.
