Sivakumar.C v. The Joint Registrar

ORDER Written instructions have been forwarded that the jewels has already been auctioned on 21.09.2022, even before the filing of the writ petition which was filed on 28.10.2022. That was not been stated in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner was not aware of the sale of the jewel by auction. In the written instructions it is stated that though notice was served in the residence of the petitioner, the petitioner refused to receive the notice.

3.Nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
