This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to complete the proceedings initiated under Section 36(1) of Co-operative Societies Act 1983 bearing Na.Ka.No.951/2015/C, dated

21.12.2015 within a time frame, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.04.2016.

2.Today(13.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
